I need to figure out the problem to why my far is vibrating.

Confirm which motor we are talking about (V6 or V8)?

For the V6, heavy vibration could be:
  • Misfires
  • broken motor mounts
  • Broken hub on the front crank shaft damper
  • Incorrect mixing/matching parts. For example mixing internal and external balanced parts across the 2000 model year boundary.

It's a v6. How can I deal with the misfire?

IMO the easiest way is to use an ODB2 reader to look at the Mode 6 misfire data. In the ODB2 mode 6 data are the misfire counts by cylinder. Start with the cylinder with the most misfires.

The other way to deal with misfires is an old fashion "tune up". IE, replace the spark plugs. Spark plug wires (if old).

Double check the spark plug routing.
