Electrical Iac has no effect

Update.
Took out the China 4 hole 24lb injectors and put in a set of rebuilt ford 1 hole 24lb injectors.
Base idle reset at 800.
Idles cold. Idles hot. Idles cold and hot with ac on max but drops 100 rpm which I can live with.
Settles down nicely after revving.
Thanks for all the help.
Now I am just waiting on the next problem to drive me crazy again.

Long as your good with a 800 RPM idle.

Another question about idle reset.
Should I take out the sct chip when doing reset?

I pulled the chip before starting this thread. It was a different problem. It would intermittently cut out and sometimes die. I am working my way back up to see if there was something else causing the cut out.
I am good with how it is without the chip but was just wanting to verify if the chip is actually malfunctioning. If I still have the cut out problem the chip will go in the trash.
I just want to compare without chip and with chip.
So again, base idle reset with chip or without?
