ok, so I have been having an idle problem. The first time around I was able to fix it by cleaning the IAC. But the same problem is back, according to my predator and my previous experiance, its the damn IAC valve. So I think its time to buy a new one.

My question is, will an IAC from another year GT work on my 2004 GT?

what about an IAC from something else that has the 4.6 SOHC? like a crown vic?

Or do we have specific IAC valves on the GT's?

also what would be the year restrictions?

would an IAC from say a 1998 or a 2002 work? Or would it have to be from another 2004?

thanks guys :nice:

2002 to 2004 SOHC Mustang is what you need, other years and other models will not work and give you problems. get a genuine Ford one, only @$69.00 thru us....oh and change your PCV valve and again get a Ford PCV valve, not aftermarket
