Engine IDLE ISSUES

I swapped my 2.3 to a 5.0 and have a few issues currently
Problem:
High idle/surge causing the engine to shake badly. The whole car shakes. Idles 1000-1500 rpms intermittently.
Solutions:
Smoked tested for vacuum leak and upper intake gasket was leaking. Replaced gasket and smoke tested it again. No vacuum leaks now. Timing is set at 12. TPS is at .76 and won’t go over that.

Everything done to the car:
Da1 computer
88 car, 88 harness, 92 motor
Stock motor
Speed density
Egr deleted
Smog deleted
No A/C


questions i have:
Is the 2.3 ignition coil the same as a 5.0?
Any other steps i can take?

What is the firing order?
What is the tps voltage at wide open throttle? ( not related to ill running issues)
Where did the engine come from?

How is the engine mounts?
Look over the harmonic balancer?
Did you try a base idle reset?

You can ream out the holes in the tps it'll move more and you can get it closer to .98. Doesn't look like too much shaking to me? Once you get the tps close then you can base idle it to where you like it.I know 4 banger coil is not the same but a new one is cheap enough( rockauto),amazon....about $20 usdollars.God luck and post results.
