2Blue2 is right, you can redrill the axle pattern. Just fill up the holes by welding (i think you need to at 1 hole) and use a 5-lug drum for positioning the new holes...
For the front there are the kits available for bigger rotors with 5 lug and diffrent calipers to bolt on.
