Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if this topic has been discussed but here we go. I have an 86 Saleen that had a very tired injector harness. Cracked wire, exposed copper, disintegrated looms, busted connectors etc. I went to the local Pull A Part to see what I could find. 5.0 Mustangs are few and far between but Thunderbirds, Cougars, LSC's, and Mark VII's are a dime a dozen. Needless to say, I easily came across a suitable harness to replace my old one. There are 3 differences between the other vehicles mentioned above and a 5.0: 1. There isn't a ground ground wire 2. There isn't a oil pressure line/connector 3. There isn't temp sensor line/connector. The good news is that they are easily re-pinned into the Salt/Pepper connector on your replcement. So don't throw your old harness away incase you need a template. Mine works flawlessly. Oh, and the price is right...$1 a foot..$2 out the door.
