Injector Size recommendation (Stroker)

Team,

I have a T&L crate 347, N/A, 10.1:1 CR engine which dynoed at 436ft.lbs. / 433HP.

Engine was dynoed with a dual plane edelbrock intake and carburetor.

I'll be using an extrude honed GT-40 upper and lower intake. I understand that a stock GT-40 is rated up to 400HP, but this extrude honing is expected to raise that bar.

With that said...

What would you suggest for an injector size ?


I'm currently using FMS RED 30# injectors...engine has not been fine tuned yet...and I want to ensure I won't be stressing the Duty cycle of this setup.

Perhaps, I should just wait until my fine tuning is completed before making any changes.

you should be ok with the 30's for that combo since the GT40 will hold it back from making the power it could plus it won't be revving high.

I agree. But if you are going bigger on the intake try 42#s. Better to have more than not enough.
