Hey guys, I have a 1998 GT 4.6 2v automatic and I am currently installing a new engine, in this 4.6 I will for the first time have long tube headers (pypes) I was thinking on installing my engine with the transmission attached, so my question is do i really need to remove the k member? which is what I am trying to avoid. Also, will I have to disconnect the steering shaft? any advice would be truly helpful.
or would it be better to put the engine in first and then do the transmission after????
