Instrument cluster and AC??

Hello all,

I just took out my instrument cluster and had it sent to Saleen for a recalibration. When I went to go ship it out, the AC in the car wasn't working. The a/c light is on and the controls are on cold and max, but it only blows air as if the compressor wasn't on. Is there some kind of fail safe for the AC when the instrument cluster is removed?
