Newby, can't figure out how to get the interior lights to work fuses are good, what else should I be looking for

Need more info. What year/options are your Mustang?

1.) How good is your electrical expertise?
2.) Can you read circuit diagrams?
3.) Does the dome light turn on when you turn the dimmer all the way to max brightness?
4.) Do you know for sure that the light bulbs are good?
