is it ok for a blower car to sit for a while?

with out starting it? mainly im refuring to the blowers where you tap the oil pan. just wondering how long they can sit with out being started?

any ideas?

thanks guys. i dont have it on yet. i was just curious because i assume the oil would all sink to the bottom of the oil pan after a week or so. i just didnt know if this hurt a blower at all.

even on the engine the start up is where the most wear occurs so i figured it might impact the blower in a negitive mannor.

seems ok though.:nice:

As soon as you start the engine, the blower has oil. Also, the oil doesn't really "drain out" very fast...I hadn't started my car in a few months and then removed the drain line and it was wet up at the blower.
