I have called and left messages here several times with no response. Also email sent with no response. Does anyone know if this is an operating business? It looks to have nice looking products.

No idea, never heard of it/them. Never know, if its one person, they could be on vacation for a couple weeks. Looks like a pretty nice website to be belly up and not yet shut down.
