its below freezing now, and when i go out in the morning, i start my car, and depending on temp it will surge for quite a while. Now, i guess that surging is because of a rich condiotion? The efi dumps more fuel in depending in how cold the engine is, just is that it? does the throttle settings come into play? throttle stops, etc? also my idle has been hanging like crazy how cold it is? Any tips on setting my FP, and Throttle body settings? wheer should i start?
