Just Bought New Headlights In Black For My '99 & Want To Also Get Hid Kit That's Reliable!

I just bought a set of brand new Black Headlights for my '99 GT and am also looking to get a New replacement set of Fog Lights as well and I want to go with an HID Kit that's super reliable for both the headlights and foglights.

Any recommendations/customer testimonials on where I can get QUALITY, and RELIABLE HID KITS for both on-line and at a fair price?
