Kenwood receivers

Does anyone have any input on kenwood receivers? Im interested in getting one but wanna kno if any ones had any experience with them. Are they good? bad? thanks.

decent, they have a lot of neat features depending on the model. Durability wise, i would go with alpine. Alpine sounds great and lasts forever ... just my .02

I have an Alpine in my Mustang and a Kenwood in my Probe. Both are pretty good recievers although I like the ease of operation of the Kenwood. The Alpine just had too much 'stuff' that I will never use. I think it is more or less for competition use. I've had both for a year and they have performed great.
