Magnaflows and 'Packs interchangeable??

Just wondering if Magnaflow's standard oval shaped mufflers that come in the Magnaflow catback are a direct swap with a set of Magnapacks. I've got a catted x-pipe with a Magnaflow catback and after hearing 'Packs with the catted x, I need them. Will they bolt right in, or are the regular Magnaflows offset/offset?

Sure looks like they do to me...

I just don't know if the flowtubes that run from the midpipe to the mufflers are different, or just turned to a different angle to accommodate the offset.
