i was thinking about getting a granitelli mass air meter for my 88 mustang gt that has been coverted over to mass air. one of my friends is hopping up him 2004 mach1 mustang and he is going to give me his mass air unit. im just woundering since its from a 4.6 and a different computer if it will work. o ya im also buyng his 24ld injectors to go with it. anyone have any ideas what would be better and if the mach1 will work with a 5.0???

It might work, but it probably won't work correctly. The MAF sensor output curve will not match the computer without a trip to the dyno for a custom burned chip. Putting your MAF sesnor on the larger housing also results in a similar mismatch.
The wiring connectors won't fit, so you would end up changing the plastic connector shells by releasing the pins, pulling them out the back and then putting them in the 4.6 style MAF connector.
