I am about to change the battery on my 2012 3.7. Do I need to have a memory saver plugged into the odb port or is it OK to just swap out the battery?

When I had to buy a new battery, I didn't do anything but replaced it. You loose the radio settings and reset the clock. That's all I remember I had to do. Didn't lose the tune or anything like that :). It seemed to have refreshed everything and I noticed my Mustang was faster for several days, until the adaptive memory for my automatic transmission started learning :(.
