missing at high rpm

Having a problem where my car is kinda missing/ just shutting off kinda...hard to explain at a higher rpm near 5K and its not consistant...things ive checked are plugs,looked over ignition,fuel pressure is at 45lb,i m running a summitracing MAF, 30lb injectors,255 pump,vortech blower with 12psi, AFR heads,E cam, Im wondering if my injectors are too small or my MAF is messing up due to my FMU cranking up the fuel pressure or ignition is breaking down at higher rpm ..btw it seems worse with race fuel, any ideas

Air temp used to really affect my highly boosted cars when it got below about 60F. would shut them down (not enough gas) @ rpm especially in higher gears 2 & 3 under high boost then would blow black smoke like a diesel for a few seconds until it cleared out. Backing off boost pressure in cool weather solved the issue.
