Motor in and making noise need help

Ok well i got my motor put in a few weeks ago and got her running. I got this poping sound coming from the exhaust. I dont have mufflers yet, but i have long tubes and a offroad x-pipe. I cant get rid of this poping noise. Me and my father were talking, We think that the guy who put my motor together may have over tightend the rockers so that the valves dont close all the way. Here's a video tell me what you guys think my problem could be.

Where's your timing at? What is your fuel pressure? Have you read the plugs?

Im not sure of the timing im going to check that 2morow. My fuel presure is at 30lbs. What do you mean by read the plugs???
