MS offset timing issue

I set the cranking timing to 10*, loaded a tune that came to me with timing fixed at 20* and did the offset to match the screen and the balancer and ended up with a 9.0 offset. Can this be right?? The guy that made the tune said the offset should be around 1 so it's obviously way off that. (thank you Steven).
Any thoughts??

An offset of 9 is correct, I said it would be within 1* of an offset of 10*. Sorry for the confusion, you have it set correctly.

Ok cool, tomorrow I’ll set it to use the timing table and see how it goes, thanks again.
