mt on pony rims?

im getting a free set of pony rims.. im wondering if i should put on some ****ty tires and save up for weldlights or should i jus put mt street or street radials on them.. is so what size will fit on the 16x7

I have a set of 255/50/16 MT drag radials on my pony rims. Probably a little too wide but looks pretty good.

I second the MT drag radials. Look good and hook like hell. Good tire!

I mounted my slicks on factory turbine rims. The mustangs do look nice with pony rims. Everyone and there dog runs weld draglites (including me). If i was you and i was going to save for new rims i would run the ponies for a while save some coin then find a set of rims others are not running to make your stang stand out.

The 255 MT's fit Pony rims nice.. A buddy had them on a 93 vert with Chrome Ponies and they looked sweet.
