No. The Boss has side pipes from the H-pipe and these side pipes exit in front of the rear wheels. Each side pipe is fitted with a (removable) orifice plate to keep the unmuffled (and awesome) exhaust note to a reasonable level. If you look at aftermarket axle-back or cat-back systems, the description is "2011-2012 GT/Boss".
