Mustang runs rough

Have a 97 Gt. Runs rough. check engine light indicated cyl. 6 and 8 misfire.
replaced coils to plugs. reset check engine light gone but still runs rough. fuel pressure is 30 at idle and goes up when throttled up. doesnt stall just runs rough. has all the power when giving gas. checked egr and of course FP regulator. confused??? anyone experience this problem? any info would be appreciated!!

How is your fuel system? Things like your pump, injectors, and lines are ok?

I'm having a similar problem with my 97 gt. Although i didnt start having this problem until after my pi head install. Mine is not firing in cylinders 1 & 3. its driving me crazy trying to figure out problem
