my car vs. 98 trans am?

I think I will get beat but I was wondering if I would be able to hang with my friend. He is getting a 98 trans am v8 auto w/ hypertech exhaust and headers. Will I be able to run with him at the track yall think or not? My mods are below and I will have udp's by then. I have seen him run a few times at the track and I know he is slow off the light I can probably get .3 off him off the line but am I gonna get beat after that?

I'm going to say that he'll get you. He is an auto like you but he's got more power than you as well. Why didn't you get the heads? You already have the cam and intake. FWIW, a friend of mine is running that setup with TW heads and hit 12.6 in his fox. What gears you got?

still on the stock gears right now. I didnt think I would have a chance. I did'nt have the money for heads at the time but I am going to get some one day. Right now I am working on piecing together a t5 swap. I dont have much more to get.
