need a little validation here please

i have searched and searched and think that I know what the answer is, but I need someone to make sure I am reight before I go spend $$$. I have an 83 GT vert with aweful doors. They are rusted and the kid that had it before me chopped all the power switches out of them. I found a set of 89 doors with power locks and windows like mine. From what I have read, they should bolt up ( with some adjusting). The harnesses for the power stuff should just plug into the block, right?

The doors will bolt up but you may have to gut your old door and use the harness and switches because the interior of the 89 is diff.

if you use 89 vert doors, the mirrors will be different as well as the outside trim as far as I can remember

Thanks for the advice. The problem I have is with the switches. The kid cut them out. I was kind of hoping to just replace the whole doors, wiring and all. How about a schematic of the door wiring?
