need advice on exhaust mods

i am getting ready to do some exhaust work.the previous owner evidentally tweeked one of the pipes doing some off-roading.it currently has the 2 rear cats removed,and 42443 single chamber flowmasters.a friend has a nice used off road H pipe for dohc i was thinking of using.will removing the other 2 cats make it much louder than it already is?because it is pretty throaty already. also will the H pipe make much difference since 2 are already removed?also i need a clutch,is the motorsport c302 "king cobra" a good clutch for the money for the street? thanks,mark.

For the price of a King Cobra clutch you can get a SPEC stage I clutch and it'll be a much better clutch...

And yes, going to an off road midpipe will make your car a lot louder...
