Need disk/disk MC recommendations

I recently replaced the drums with disks on the rear of my car. I had a MC from a Maverick on it (disk/drum). I took the MC off and tried to get the seat out of the MC to remove the residual pressure valve. I couldn't get the seat out so I'm either going to get another MC and try to remove its valve or get a different type all together. I'm looking for a disk/disk MC does anyone have any suggestions? I would like it to be:
1. 7/16-1" bore
2. disk/disk-so I don't have to deal with the RPV removal
3. A direct bolt in
4. Outlets on driver's side
5. Off the shelf/cheap.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just did this swap on my car. You will need a master cylinder from a 1978 Granada, 4 wheel disk, Non power. I have the O'Riely's part numbers on my rear disk swap page, at the bottom with the part numbers for the master cylinder and adapters. I don't know if the part numbers are the same on thier web site. It was 25.00 I think.
