Engine need help for a rebuild of a 134hp 302 want to perk it up a little to about250 hp to the most 275 hp

Now, to answer your question, just about any top end kit should get you there. A "cheap" example:
As for a cam, you could probably select a stock replacement for an earlier muscle car and be at the top end of what you're looking for going this route. This is actually the cam that I run in my car with 1.72 rockers and Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads, and my combo produces 265 rwhp. I'd suspect you'd see something similar, albeit lower, with everything I've linked this far.
You'd probably want a carburetor in the 600-650 CFM range and you'll have to find a set of headers, but this stuff should meet or exceed what you're looking for.
