Need Help With 2003 Mach1 Alternator Replacement

Do I just take out the 6 bolts and lift straight up or do I have to remove the coolant crossover first?

The Ford service manual does state to "relieve the accessory drive belt" first. Remove the belt from the alternator pulley but leave the drive belt in place.

Next two steps are to remove the (6) bolts and lift up.

No where is there any mention of the coolant crossover.

Thanks. Tried and tried and ended up taking off coolant crossover pipe.
