need help with fuel system for carb

ok i just got the car road worthy and have drivin it a few times and dont like the fuel filter that it has on it. it has a sumped stock tank with a holley blue and a canister filter before the pump now. im confused on which one to go with a 100 micron or like a 40 micron before the pump? anyone have any suggestions?

i think u will be good. i had a holley before and never ran a filter and it ran for years.
