need info on McLaren T5

I got my hands on a t5 the other day and the guy who I bought it from said it was out of a Capris McLaren. He told me there was only 150 of these t5's made and they got some crazy gearing where 4th is 1:1. He said the Capri McLarens came with this but the later Mustangs did not. Can anyone confirm any of this or is it just bs. If any of it is true, how much is this thing worth?

All 4th gears are 1:1, (in 5 speeds) Its pobably the same tranny used in the regular Mustangs.

BS All T-5s have 1:1 4th gear,if its a early mclaren capri,then its a non world class trans, if its a 86 then its one of the first wc's but they are weak compared to the 90 and up t-5. Not really worth anything special,its just a weak t-5
