Ok guys, I need to know if there are any recall's or if there is a known problem with the 94-95 parking/headlight wiring.

Nothing that i know of but i'm no expert on that by any means. I'm guessing you are having problems? What kind of problems with the headlights are you having?
You could always call your local ford dealer. All of them can look up your VIN number to see if there are recalls and if they have been done on your car while you wait on the phone.
