my b-day and x-mas is coming up and imm just asking for alot of little things for the stang...some odds and in's i need/want....

first off....what you guys think about the "5.0" emblem..

think i should just keep the standard 5.0 emblem? this one..

as far as emblems go, get the plain 5.0 one. That's my vote.

Also if you're asking I think the billet window switch panels look tacky. The billet buttons are another story :nice:
 
no emblems. keep em guessing. I love badges like a fat kid loves veggies. besides the car looks much cleaner without a ford or 5.0 badge everywhere you turn.
 
I definitely wouldnt do the blue badge because its not going to match the blue of your car. You may not care, but girls will...and that's all that matters. I'd go for the High Performance black badge...that would look really good with your car.

Billit window switches...I say no. Thats a personal thing though, because I HATE billit stuff...I'd go chrome around the edges though...

otherwise the other stuff is good to go.

My B-days on Wed...I just asked my parents for money. :D
 
I go without the badge - mainly because I can't decide whether to put the 5.0 back on it, or a cobra. Either way, I like that I don't have to wax and clean around it. I always hated the dirt and old wax around the emblem.

I've never liked the coil cover, the dizzy cover, nor the billet cover. I do like the billet control knobs though.

It can have the sleeper effect and be loud. Everyone that doesn't know anything about my car thinks its a slow POS until I open my trunk, twist a bottle, start up and purge:D

I say a nitrous kit, but thats just me
 
the reason id like to get the billet windoe switch covers is my factory black ones are cracked/bent......

i dont think ill get to many perforamnce mods done this coming year...i really wanna get it painted and looking the way i want...plus id like to build a stroker for it next year if money permits....that way no ones the wiser...it will basicaly look stock with a stock cam but a 331 bottm end some nice heads a "stockish intake" so basicaly...i want to finish everything i have started right now before i start other projects...still havent finished the interior/exterior yet and i need to get them done first...and my 5 lug wap...

cuz my dad would **** a brick and with a stock cam it will still make good power and retain good mpg for mine be a DD..plus i dont feel like going to mass air just yet....if i do go 331 though it wont be for a while...


so what do you guys think of 18" bullets... i can get a set from my buddie for 350 with tires..(rears have about 1/2 thread left).....from an 05 gt...rears are 295/50/18 front are 235/35/18...im pretty sure with 295's out back my quads would have to go right? she said she would hold them for me as there just sitting in the conner of the garage for now... plus he 02 gt aleady has bullets and she got these for 500...one has minor curb rash but wheel medic can fix it for 60 bucks.. and if they didnt look all that good i could always sell them and grab some 17"s.....

but here's the deal...ive decided im just asking for money..this way i can finish my stang sooner then expected...... now i want to run bullets...but i dont want to go sn95 front...people have said they use bullets up front with mark 7 rotor now how is this done? just running no dust cap? i already have front rotors, drums, all thats needed is axles..(ill get them in dec or jan..same with wheels) so till then i need to figure out what i will need to do...ill probaly lower at the same time as im sure with the additions of 18's it would really look like a 4*4....so whats your opion...i know its going to be hard to pull it off with 18's but i think i can do it.
 
he won't **** a brick if you have allum. heads an intake and a 331 bottom end?? Stock cam or not you will prob need to switch to mass air...

yeah he would...cuz then my car would be faster then his....lol..then he would try and one up me....

like when i put my exhasut on...mines louder then his and now he wants to get an o/r H pipe.....

wait a min....why cant i just use SVO front rotors???..they have a smaller dust cap and this would alow for me to use the bullets without a problem?..id have to return my mark 7 rotors but i kept the receipt..
 
so in other words..i can get it to work...i justh ave to grind some of the hub off...i think ill take one of my rotors over to his place and see how they sit...ill get some pics...be around wensday thursday...
