new car need help fixin up

i just got a 94 gt with 80k its gotta a couple problems i need help fixing up. Theres a oil pan leak, rear differencial leak, the trans has some shifting problems somethings wrong with the timing, somethings making some noise when im accelerating its not a valve tic or rod knock, but i dono what it is yet, it needs a new trunk mat, and i think i want to replace the cloth interior with leather too, if anyone has any ideas or parts for sale email me let me know, or email me at bneub2510 at yahoo.com
