New here need some parts lol

Hi,
I’m working on a car that has more sentimental value then anything else. My wife bought a 1988 Mustang GT in 1989. We got married in 2004 and I liked the car a lot. We decided to keep it but never drove it. For about 10 years I would start her up and get it inspected and then park her again. This year I decided to start using it for work a few days out of the week so I would put so many miles on my new truck I bought. Even the the car looked good, a lot of damage had occurred not driving her. When I started her up this time, she sat in the driveway for about 10 min idling when I notice an enormous amount of smoke from under the front of the car. I opened the door and smoke was on the inside as well. Quickly I shut the car off and looked underneath. Fire was everywhere under the driving compartment. Put it out quickly with a garden hose and that’s the beginning of my story.
The wiring harness for the automatic transmission deteriorated and shorted catching old grease and oil on fire. Here is a list of some of the parts I have changed out since then.

Tires = 245-50-R16
BBK fender cold air intake
BBK 70mm EGR spacer
BBK 70mm throttle body
155 LPH fuel pump
19# Bosch injectors
28oz harmonic balancer
Demon ignition coil.
Sub frame connectors

There are a few other things but trying to make this short. I have been keeping the original parts that are good just because they are the original parts. Thought it would be the thing to do on a 31 year old car. Here are some pictures.
