Newbe with a question electrical!!

I have a 94 5.0 bought as a none running vehicle, previous owner tore apart to do head gaskets, i have since put it together, installed the battery and get no power what so ever, interior but all the fuses seem to be ok and power going in and out of them?? No interior lights nothing when you turn the key. Anybody have any ideas It would be a help!! Thanks!!!

The positive lead goes to two places. One 4 gauge line to the starter, one 6 gauge lead to the fuse box. Are those both hooked up?

Yes and like I stated I'm getting power to box fuse blocks and power through the fuses, when u hook the battery up you can hear electrical in the engine compartment, but nothing what so ever in the interior lights switches clock nothing,

Check the Ignition switch on the column?
