nitrous jet question

ok i have a NOS powershot nitrous selenoid, fuel powershot fuel selenoid, and NOS fogger nozle. on a efi 302 what would be the jet size for a 125 shot. also what recomended timing retard, and fuel presure, and shout i go a step colder on the spark plugs and what gap?

I know its alot of questions but any help is greatly apreciated.

1 step colder plugs 5 degree timing retard. 40-45 psi fuel pressure.
