Didn't want to leave this without a solution I did pickup some caps and replace the three in the ecu one was bad the others were questionable. In the end with the 22k and the new caps the car did run and advance correctly. So that was the fix. Hopefully this saves someone a lot of time on day lol. Thanks again to all that helped
