Ok my buddy's 93 Cobra is having some starting trouble. I did a search on here but most of the threads pointed towards TFI module.
It only happens when he drives it and then turns it off. When he goes to restart it it will do nothing but crank. It has a new Fuel pump and New TFI module but niether of those were the problem.
It is getting spark and is getting fuel. He said he had this happen before several months ago and a shop unplugged a sensor in the lower intake and it fixed it. They told him it wouldn't hurt to leave it unplugged, so he did. It is some sort of temp sensor. It is on the pass side of intake towards the front.
The car will start around a hour or 2 after it sits. Sometimes he will have to hold the pedal to the floor to get it to start, kinda like it is flooded.
Any ideas what this could be?
