Engine Normal Oil Consumption

I have a new build 347 in my Fox, with aprox 1500 miles on it. It was ran with "break in oil" for 500 miles, then switched over to synthetic by the PO before my purchase.

What is "normal" oil consumption for a lumpy 347?

What is the oil pressure at hot idle?

I don't know. The PO installed an all gauge display...and the oil pressure gauge is non-op.

What should it be?
