Not sure if this is the place to ask but why does my car bog?

Whenever I'm cruising at any rpms the car suddenly bogs. I really don't know how to explain it. It kind of loses power and then keeps going. It's not a 2 or 3 second thing. It's a milisecond thing. What can it be? I've cleaned my Maf, TB, and Tps several times and my timing is at 14*. Any ideas what it could be?

I had a problem like that once, I'd be cruising along and all of the sudden the car would stumble (felt like a couple of cilinders would'nt fire) , then it would go back to running normal. In my case it turned out to be a bad MAF, replaced it, problem fixed.

I wouldn't doubt it, but I have 3 different MAFs and it does it with all of them. Might a short be messing them up?
