O2 extensions

I am getting mixed answers of wheather or not I will need a pair of o2 extensions for my new x pipe. I bought a Bassani X pipe part # 46053 (the one with catted and off road option). I have a 2006 AUTO...some have been saying auto needs them and manual dont. Brenspeed told me that I am not going to need them also. Anyone have the same set up on a 06 AUTO? Id like to know so I am not mid way thru the install and have to stop to order parts...also where can I purchase them, my google search isnt getting me where I want to go...Thanks
