I have a 2002 Ford Mustang V6 3.8L Manual.

Lately, all of the sudden, my car sounds like a box of squeaks. Whenever I turn the steering wheel in either direction (left or right), a consistent squeak/squeal bellows out (especially at slow speeds). Another thing that I am noticing is that as I am driving, whenever the car hits any minute bump, the squeak noise continues. After further review, I think it is either a ball joint, control arm bushing or the shocks/struts. A few people have already inspected and told me that it is the struts.

Does anybody have any clue what this could be? I would like to do the work myself.

its the struts , trust me i am 100% SURE mine does the same thing , cause i hit a curb and **** one up , check to see if theirs been any kind of fluid leak out of the strut cause that will happen when they go bad , you might wanna check the inside part of your tires for excessive wear because that usually comes with bad struts especially when one is bad and the other is fine
