Odd Power Reading (where That Come From?)

  1. while chasing a fuse blowing issue on daughter's 98 V6, I noticed that there was still power to the fuel pump at the inertia switch even though the CCRM (relay module) was removed. A look at the wiring diagram online shows the wire splitting off to go to the pump and one back to the computer (PCM) fuel pump sense terminal even though the key is off.

    I just don't think that there should be 12 volts coming out on that wire with key off.

    any body know what that pinout is?
