On my 99 Cobra I did that nice little digital gage reading thing and the DTC read 5284 which is a Oil Pressure Switch Failure. Any one have any info for me please????????

That's actually "normal" (code thrown when you access the instrument panel read-out display, w/ key in 2nd position on ignition). If the switch truly was broken, the oil pressure gauge would not register on your dash...
