Engine Open spaces on side of intake to head area???

I’m at a complete loss as to whats happening here. Maybe this is my cause of 12/in vacuum
On both sides btw

Not enough info to make that call. What is the engine combo? What intake? What cam (cam can give low vacuum all on its own)? Is the hole shown in line with an intake port or in between ports/runners? Recent changes made that you think can be causing this?

I agree. Not enough info or not a wide eboigh angle on that pic to really see the full story. Either way, it’s definitely not sitting right.

What are the heads and intake?
