OT: Digital Camera?

I'm looking to buy a digital SLR and my wife showed me this page that's advertising the one I want... cheap. I think it's too good to be true, but I'd love for someone to tell me that it's legitimate. What do you all think? Thanks.

Many of these "too good to be true" deals on digital cameras will get you what is listed. The thing that you need to be cautious of with these things that many of them DO NOT come with a U.S. warranty. They are bought off-shore and sold direct. Some even say that they come with some sort of warranty but that means that you have to ship it back to Japan (or wherever it came from) and hope that you one day get a return.

You will also have to likely pay a "duty" (import tax) on the item when you go to pick it up from the post office. The duty will be a percentage of the item's value. I have no idea what that percentage is.

Edit: Also... You might end up with instructions and software that is not in english.

It's not to say that the one you linked is what I've listed above but it's a pretty likely possibility.
