I have a procharger with 42lb injecors and a svt pump. Whenever I'm driving normally(LOL) and/or under moderate load ( 5,500 rpms or less) the car is fine. The code never shows.

Now! If i run the car to its full potential which is 425rwhp up to 6,500 rpms, on the third run the check engine light comes on with a P0190 code.I know that this code is a three trip logic which means the car needs to see this codes three times before the light comes on. But I wondering if my stock fuel rails are too small and are draining?

no I don't think it's your fuel rails.. I think you have either a bad FRP sensor, or this could be a fuel supply issue..

this code is set when FRP sensor voltage drops below the min. calibrated level. We need to know more about your car and it's mods, you may also have to contact your tuner and read the live data from the frp while watching a fuel pressure gauge to see what the problem is.
