Please Help!!!!!!!

I have a 96' GT that the 2V has been swapped with a 4V cobra motor, appears the upper intake is off a 99-01 cobra. My question is, will the 99-01 cobra cruise cable hook up to the stock 96' cruise control SERVO or do I need to buy the 99-01 cobra servo as well ? Am hoping the cable is all I will need to replace !!! THANX
